Editorial policy

This page explains who writes our content, how we check it, how the site makes money and how we correct mistakes.

Who writes

Our content is written and edited under the responsibility of Barbara Bailey, editor, on behalf of the publisher CDB INTERNATIONAL s.r.o.. Every article carries a named byline and a publication date, and a review date when it has been checked again.

How facts are established and sourced

• We use primary sources first: the developer’s official website, support pages and in-game information, and the official app-store listings.
• We list our main sources at the end of each article.
• Where we cannot verify a claim, we say so, qualify it (“at the time of writing”, “the game displays…”), or leave it out.
• We never invent statistics, specifications, player numbers or quotations.
• Where our information differs from the developer’s or publisher’s, theirs prevails, and we say so on the page.
• Our illustrations and diagrams are original. We do not use game screenshots or stock photos presented as the product.

How the site is funded

The site earns money through affiliate commissions. Some links, always marked “Partner link”, lead to a game or offer through an affiliate network. If you install or buy through them, we may receive a commission. It costs you nothing extra. Every page with partner links shows a disclosure at the top and immediately below the headline. We pay for search advertising (for example Microsoft Advertising) to bring readers to our guides. We do not sell advertising space and we do not sell data.

What we refuse to do

• Fake testimonials, “reader stories” or reviews we did not receive
• Invented star ratings, scores or awards
• Artificial urgency, such as fake countdowns or “only today” claims
• Promises of guaranteed results, winnings or rewards
• Presenting ourselves as the developer, or implying an official endorsement
• Hiding the commercial nature of a link

Independence from advertisers

Advertisers and affiliate networks do not write, review or approve our articles before publication. A commission does not buy a positive verdict. Our RAID: Shadow Legends guide, for example, sets out the game’s weaknesses and spending pressure alongside its strengths. We will remove a partner link rather than change our assessment.

Corrections procedure

1. Send the page address, the passage and, if possible, a source to info@tevana.online.
2. We aim to review every report within five working days.
3. If we find an error, we fix it, update the review date and, for substantive errors, add a visible correction note on the page explaining what changed.
4. If we decide no change is needed, we reply with our reasons.
